Insurance & Payment Information

Clients are responsible for all session fees, whether using insurance or paying out of pocket. Copays, deductibles, and self-pay amounts are due at the time of service. To streamline the payment process, a valid credit card must be kept on file for automatic billing.

Please note: Medicaid and Medicare are not accepted at this time.

While we verify your insurance benefits upon receiving your information, please note that the details provided by the insurance clearinghouse may not always be complete or guaranteed. It is ultimately your responsibility to understand your insurance plan, including coverage for mental health services, deductibles, copays, and any limits or exclusions. If there is an outstanding balance for services rendered, the client remains responsible for payment.
