Services Offered
Online sessions are offered on Monday's.
Telehealth sessions are available for individual adult clients, providing a convenient and flexible option for those who prefer to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own space.

-
Virtual sessions can remove barriers such as travel time and scheduling conflicts, making therapy more accessible for busy professionals, caregivers, and those with mobility limitations.

-
While telehealth offers many benefits, it may not be suitable for everyone, as some individuals find it more challenging to establish a sense of connection in a virtual setting. Technology issues can occasionally disrupt sessions, and miscommunication may arise due to the difficulty in reading nonverbal cues and body language, potentially impacting the depth of understanding between therapist and client.

In-person sessions are offered on Fridays.
In-person therapy is available to all clients, with in-person sessions being especially important for couples and youth.
-
For couples, face-to-face interaction fosters deeper connection, enhances communication, and allows for more effective therapeutic interventions.
-
For youth, in-person sessions provide a crucial space for engagement and connection, particularly in a time when much of their lives are spent online.
Being physically present in a therapeutic environment helps build trust, improve focus, and create a sense of security that supports meaningful progress.

Individual therapy is a personal, one-on-one space where you can explore the areas of life that feel heavy, confusing, or difficult to navigate on your own. Working with a skilled therapist offers the opportunity to unpack the challenges that may be weighing on you—whether it’s anxiety, depression, loss, unresolved grief, relationship struggles, or the lasting impact of past trauma. Many people also come to therapy to work through life transitions, parenting challenges, career dissatisfaction, health concerns, or stress that feels overwhelming.
No matter what brings you in, individual therapy is a chance to reconnect with yourself, gain insight, and explore new ways of thinking and responding to life’s demands. Therapy can help you break old patterns that no longer serve you and create healthier, more meaningful ways of moving forward.
As human beings, we are naturally wired for connection. Our need to feel safe, supported, and understood by others is a fundamental part of who we are. We form close bonds—whether as partners, family, or teams—seeking belonging and connection. Yet, it’s often in these closest relationships that our deepest vulnerabilities, fears, and unmet needs surface. The more significant the relationship, the more sensitive we may feel, and as a result, conflicts can arise.
Couples and relationship counseling offers a supportive space to navigate these challenges. In therapy, partners can safely explore difficult conversations around trust, physical intimacy, parenting, family roles, finances, and major life decisions. Together, we work on building emotional safety, improving communication, and deepening emotional intimacy.
